FGTE is a locally owned title company. We opened our doors in 1994 to provide personal settlement services with quality workmanship to our Northern Virginia community. With six settlement agents and four processors, we aren’t trying to be the largest in our field. Instead, everyday, we meet our founding goal – to put our clients first with dedicated service and the highest standards of quality workmanship.
We are involved in the community with active participation in these organizations:

Nicole Marucci
Chief of Operations
Attorney Nicole Marucci is the Chief of Operations at FGTE and is committed to optimizing procedures and processes to make the settlement process a seamless experience for everyone. Prior to joining FGTE, Nicole established and managed the Prince William County branch office of a large title company, increasing revenue by over $3 million in the first year.
Johanne Mullarkey
Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent/ Licensed Title Agent
Johanne Mullarkey has been the face of FGTE to the real estate community in Northern Virginia since joining the firm in 2002. Through her example and training, Johanne perpetuates the tradition of excellence and personal service that are hallmarks of FGTE.
