First Guardian Title & Escrow handles residential and commercial transactions throughout Northern Virginia from offices in Lake Ridge and Fredericksburg, Virginia. You may visit one of our offices for your closing, or when time permits, we will come to you. We aim to make all transactions affordable. We are licensed in Virginia and serve all Northern Virginia.
